Founder’s Statement

“Buy a man a fish, and he shall have a dinner for one night.
Teach a man how to fish, and he will have dinner every night.”

During the course of my training and work, I met many individuals who were unable to attain therapeutic counseling due to financial constraints or cultural stigmas.  In many cases resources were available to such people, but clients were uninformed as to how to access such help. Therefore, I decided to devote my time to assisting those who are mentally, culturally or financially incapable in seeking help on their own.

It is my goal to reduce the pain and suffering caused by mental ill health and assist people to lead mentally healthier lives. In essence, it is my purpose to teach those in need how to fish in the ocean of life.
